my computer keeps coming up saying windows explorer is not responding and dose nothing how do i fix this i got no repair disks ??????????

Does you computer respond when you hit the "Windows" key? Does your start menu pop? If so, run CMD. In command prompt, type explorer<enter>. Does that start it?
