how do I get my playlist in my xbox music app to windows media player so I can burn a cd

Hey this is a good one. I like these.
I do not have an xbox, but this question opens up questions for me:
Is the media on the PC that is going to burn the disk? Is the playlist on a relative or absolute path to the xbox? Please remember, the media player will not burn a stream, only files.
