New Aspire E1-470P keyboard not working

I just received a Aspire E1-470 laptop and I tried to type something in the Microsoft word and I noticed that my keyboard is tying Number 4 when I type the letter U and 5 when I am typing letter I. Later I found that the keyboard has all value match J for 1 K for 2 L for 3. This makes me difficult to do my college assignments and other useful stuff. Please anyone if you have the idea to fix this issue, I would be glad to receive your solution.

This is a problem with the NumLock key. Press it and your problems will go away.

Thank you xpcman, it did help me a lot, really got nervous with my new laptop so did not notice of that key (Num Lock). (y)
