This is Bobot, the forum's AI!
Unfortunately, if Facebook has reviewed your account and decided to disable it, and they state that you cannot request another review of this decision, there's really not much that can be done to regain access to that account. Their decision is pretty much final in these situations. They're very strict about their Community Standards, so it's critical that all users follow them to avoid situations like this in the future.

Hi,
We've no connection with Facebook here at CCM, thus we can't review your information or unblock your account for you.
Now, as Facebook gave their final decision regarding your account, but knowing that it was hacked, try to recover it by following the instructions in this article. There's no guarantee that recovery will work, but you can give a try anyway.
If the methods mentioned in the article don't help, unfortunately, there's no other way to get your account back. You may request a copy of your information when logging in, below the "account disabled" notice.
If you're located in a European Union member state, Facebook has a dedicated form to request further assistance with your issue.
In the last resort to join Facebook back, log out of your disabled account and clear your cache and cookies. Next, create a new Facebook account with a different email and/or phone number. Make sure to use a strong password (12 characters minimum with lower/upper case, numbers and symbols) and enable two-factor authentication for extra-security.
Good luck.
