Hello,
If you are certain it is not overheating, that your ram is okay and if it's just shutting down without restarting and no error message it's not your bios but a power supply issue for which only a qualified hands-on technician can look after. If you are using your laptop with the power cable, there may be powers surges and power drops.

As I said, if it's just shuts down without a restart and without an error message, it is what appears to me as a physical issue.
However, I would be interested to know when is the last time you deleted all of your temporary files and defragmented your hard drive.
What is your operating system?
How long can you use it before it restarts?
What is your antivirus programme?

Streetracer14,
I will assume that your laptop is virus free since you recently installed Window. Bios, will not cause a computer to restart. I also assume that is not shutting down while you are surfing the net.
You did defragment your hardrive didn't you?
