Keyboard problem

My keyboard have changed its layout i cant access my @ on it normal position and also my # while also there are some characters that missed from the keyboard my PC is Sony Vaio please am looking for a help on how to resolve it back?

This is often cause by Windows changing the keyboard language. You can check the keyboard settings from the Control Panel. It's probably been changed to French and you need to change it back to English.

Hello,i check the settings is not french it is english but still the layout is unresolved my system is sony vaio SVE14A37CCW
