Stuck in a cycle Closed

Hello,  I've got a toshiba laptop, windows 8. Last night p, I tried resetting it, but it didn't work, it came up with something like 'the reset has not been possible' ever since, it's been stuck on a cycle of the toshiba logo coming up, then it saying 'diagnosing your PC' then turns of and starts again. Please help? xxx :D

Configuration: iPad / Safari 7.0

Hello,

define resetting?

as in a factory reset?

sounds like something cocked up during the reset and now it cannot boot to windows hence the loop.

can you try to reset again.
