You don't need a setup disk. But it can help - download it here: http://www.linksysbycisco.com/
The 1st thing I would do is to reset the router to its factory settings. You do that by inserting a pencil into a small hole in the back of the router for 30 seconds while it is plugged in. Then unplug the router for 1 minute. Good Luck
