Cannot access my hotmail account

Hello,
I am trying to access my hotmail account , but it keep saying that it is incorrect .
I am sure of the spelling and of the password.
I did not use my account for around a year. Is it possible, that my account been cancelled?

If you don't login your account for 30 days or more, it is deleted.
