It sounds as though you have a real issue.
So, let me understand this situation is as follows?
1. The email adddress associated with your facebook account is no longer under your control? You should contact that provider for assistance, as you have not stated which provider it is. If it is a free one like gmail, yahoo or hotmail, good luck have fun! They have suport for situations like this. Make them aware, it is not going to happen over night.
2. Abandon the facebook and start a new one, once the email issue is resolved.
3. Never share your passwords. Never allow apps access to contacts.
4. Have FUN!
