i have BSNL broadband facilities with WIFI ,i am tried so many times connected wifi with my laptop but it's not connect .can you help me how to connect

OK, well there are a couple of things to check:
Does it work with a cord?
Is your wifi antenna on and enabled?
What does your ISP say about it?
