Toshiba C850 laptop wont start

Hi guys I have a Toshiba C850 laptop giving me some head ache and would be grateful to receive some help. When I start the laptop it just gives me a black screen. Not even the Toshiba logo start screen comes on. Its like the hard disk does seem to be able to boot up. I lights also stay on with no blinking.

Hi

Try to discharge the "flea" power.

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds

3. Replug and boot
