I have a master worksheet in excel that has all suppliers and their information.
what I do is seperate each suplier's information and send them only their information. Is there a marco that automatically seperate a supplier. I currently autofiler selecet does not equal and then the supplier. I then use a marco that deletes all the data below what I have selected. This give me only the supplier I selected and can udate the piviot table so that only show that suppliers information. I have to do this for over 50 supplier for 5 worksheets on this master list. is there a simple marco I can set up to delete all but the supplier I need
Import your excel sheet into Access, then you can create a query that will filter out just the suplier you need with ease. you can then export that information back out into an excel file, or you can create a report and print of the information from inside access.
