If anyone can help me with this problem I would be really grateful:
When I turn my asus laptop on it goes sraight to desktop, then it starts going to a blank red screen and back again. it wont let me get onto any of my programmes or the internet and even though it lets me move the mouse arrow around it looks like it is loading all the time so I just keep shutting it down.
I have Norton installed on it and I cant even get onto that to try and sort the problem.
Im no good at this and would appreciate any help given.
Thanks.

Hi
Unless you made some recent hardware changes it certainly looks like a hard disk failure.
I suggest that you consult a qualified technician.
Sorry
