Computer wont boot windows/repair

I have a Acer Aspire 5250, recently it FROZE when i was using it, after waiting 20mins and seeing no result i TURNED IT OFF(holding power).
now i try starting it and 2 options appear
Boot Repair
or Boot window Normally

When i boot windows normally it tries booting and fails, and goes to the repair, and when i choose repair it goes to the repair.

BUT when it goes to the repair it take AROUND 1 hour For the Repair Windopw to pop up, 2-3 Hour "Looking for a problem" and after that it say "Attempting Repairs... Repairing disk errors.this might take. . ."
BUT ITS BEEN 2 day(48 hours doing that and nothing)

ive tried booting windows repair cd and windows install cd, but they dont boot. Every time a boot a cd it goes to a black screen ( i hear the cd running and other noises in the cd tray) but i just wont boot, after 5-10mins of not booting cd it automatically boot repiar window, and that whole process starts all over.

CAN ANYONE HELP!!
