and i tried the way you mentioned earlier that was putiing command and scaning by malware bytes.. i did all the steps but still couldnt solve it

If there is still problem then you can check new thing.
If you have a file shortcut name as "my file.lnk "
If it is shortcut of folder then.
Then open cmd and try to open
" start h:/my file " if it is folder.
suppose if it text file " start h:\my file.txt "
If this is working then there is new type of Virus. I have faced same problem. Install any antivirus, update it and perform full scan.
