Internet connected, not working. Only on my desktop

Internet is not working at all on my desktop, but when i try it on anything else, like my phone, laptop, etc, it works perfectly. Is there anything i can do to resolve this issue? am running on windows 8.

So the desktop is connect by an Ethernet cable? Did you try the Windows 8 network diagnostics?
