Speaker beeps within internet connection

hi I am saurabh from india.
i have a problem with my computer.
when I connect dongle internet to computer then speaker sounds beeps threatly untill I disconnect it.
but when I disconnect internet, it suddenly stops. please reply me.

Hello,

it is more then likely interference from the mobile signal which is being receiving to your dongle.

does it stop if you mute your speakers?

No sir when I mute speaker sound become less but still comes.
One point please note that when I connect 2G connection sound appear. But at 3G connection no soumd appears
