External hard disk not seen

Hello guys
My external hard disk is not shown in my computer..
but it is seen in disk management and say not initialized..
when i initiliazed it, i get a message that say "Data error(cyclic redundancy check)"..
Plz may you help me i have an important informations???

sorry it does not solve my problem... I think the steps show when am able to see the hard disk in my computer,. but in my problem i don't even see the hard disk in my computer....

Then your disk is beyond repair.
