Recovering hotmail account

Hi guys,
so last year or 2 years I can't remember I was hacked by a jerk so he stole my email (hotmail) and I actually need it like really important right now.
They ask me to contact my email that i've used but how am i supposed to remember it ? even tho I used my cosuins old email and he doesn't even have the password for it soo... that's not a way.
I tried submitting that thingy that they tell me to do so , but I keep getting same reply as awlways. (Not confirmed) or idk some sh1ts
Can anyone help me recovering it ? I really need it
