Hi,
my laptop have windows 8 on it, 2weeks ago my hard disk has a problem and system was too slow and by formatting my whole hard drive it was okay but today when i was copy my stuff on it, it goes to be restarted and when it started a blue screen comes that this erorr is written on it:
"bad_system_ config_info"
and when restart and after that windows auto repair get over a black screen comes that mouse is on it but even after an hour windows don't get started.
what i most to do?

did you run the dell recovery system in the laptop??
if not and you just format the drive you may have removed that option..
contact dell for recovery disk
