1-Go to Run-> Regedit.exe
2-start - run -regedit -
Locate to this path :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Currentcontrolset\control\storatedevicepolicies
in right side u will be getting Writeprotect option, just right click that and modify the value from 1 to 0.
