Well, what are trying to receive. You must pair it before anything can happen. did you authorize the pairing of devices? If you have not, I suggest you read about pairing devices with blue tooth. Make certain your blue tooth device is on and enabled!

I have paired my windows phone. The laptop sends via bluEtooth dongle but does not receive. It says no bluetooth device.
