Downloading the driver for the laptop

I had a problem with my laptop showing that the BOOtMNG was missing. when i handed over to maintenance people, they did it successfully but the laptop has got some other problem. it does not read the external drives and shows that the driver is missing. how can i resolve the problem.

You must go to the manufacturer's website, download and install the driver.
