Thanks very much to give me the occasion to write to you.

My Laptop is Dell Inspiron, when I start up it, the screen go to the hard disk drivers page directly, when I close this page the screen still black.

This sounds like a failed hard disk. You can buy a replacement hard disk directly from Dell with Windows installed. I suggest you call your local Dell support phone number.
