I mean that, Our two site office already connect to know each other before by Adminstrator, but right now they gone, so we are new IT support, we need to do that, please let me know, how we can make each site know, what requirement that we need?

No.. Everything is the same as before.. but just new IT
So then why has the connection between the two sites gone?

We miss some information from the old IT team.. so when we came to work here just few months, We seem very newly.. anyway,i Work as Dektop support only and seem not at all understanding.
We didn't know how the old IT connect from our Corporate office to Branch child office..
We are investigate how to log on to router and we are working on it..
As i told you we miss few information about this..we are working on it.

open up command prompt and type ipconfig and press enter.
normally, the default gateway is the IP of the router.

If I may, Do yu have a network map of all of your sites, like a 10,000 foot veiw, along with router and circuit names on it? Trouble shoot the circuits first, then the serivces on the circuit. If you cannot demarc the circuits, you cannot trboueshoot the services.
