Cannot access my hot mail account

Hello,
Its showing that my e mail id has been hacked or bla bla. i tried all the options and don't remember my alternate e mass as i don't remember much of them . other information they are asking for are useless and i don't remember my previous passwords and other stuff.plz help me to get my id back as it has important record.
