Shut down or hang without any worning

mu computer shut down automatically and when i start it its make some noise then its start and somtime it get hang to

My pc will hang when i open any file like excel/word or when i give print command

might be the Powersupply or the Ram..

i got 2b ram
os windows 7
nvidia Geforce 7300GT(i mentioned this because the fan stops some time )
pentium 4 2.08GHz
