Hi there,
As far as I understood you laptop requires a BIOS password. Try resetting the BIOS to defaults. This could be done from the BIOS menu, but if this does not work, try to remove the CMOS battery. How you should do it, depends on your laptop model and take a look at your documentation, because removing hardware parts may void your warranty.
You should turn off the power supply, remove the the battery, leave the PC to rest for a minute or two and re-attach the battery.
