Problems after refresh my Vaio Laptop

Hi.
Yesterday I tried to uninstall Windows 8.1 from my laptop using "Refresh your PC". It worked fine.
But after that, it wouldnt be much of a problem if I could access to some important websites such as Google, Youtube, Facebook..v..v. I tried to use Alt+f10 to restore my laptop to factory settings but it still doesnt work.
Can anyone help me with this. Please and Thank you.

Why have you tried to uninstall Windows 8.1?

If you uninstalled 8.1, what is your operating system now?

Which web browserare you using to surf the net?

When you launch your browser what is the home page?
