answers are as follows :
1. so that, no further problem may arise.
2. the sound begins just after the "acer" screen disappears. It is a continuous sound, no beep sound is there.
3. my OS is Win 7 (86 bit).
4. there might have some changes, but even after fresh installation of OS (Win7, 86 bit) the same problem is still there.

You still hve not described the sound, however, in my opinion et looks like a motherboard issue to which only a hands-on technician can look to.
