This program cannot display the webpage

Hello,
The other day the message this program cannot display the webpage came up when downloading, although i have no problem downloading from any website. The problem is the message is stuck on screen and i cant get rid of it. any ideas?

Hello.

I am suspecting that you have downloaded some infection together with what you were downloading and it might be a naughty spyware or maleware. Just run a scan with NOD32 and see if it goes away at rebooting
