C drive unable to open & internet redirecting
Closed
Hello,
My computer C drive show won't open is shows this error message: Recyclers\s -4 - 1 - 42 - 100022788 - 100032149-100027140-3626.com. Windows cannot find recylers" ".
Previously I have not been able to upload a antivirus software. When I use the internet to do any antivirus downloading to the computer the internet explorer gives me an unable to locate message. It also sometimes redirects to a website I didn't ask for. I have Windows antivirus software but it has been locked to automatically shut off and when I direct the computer to turn it on I get an error message or when trying to access new updates the internet explorer error message appears and I'm unable to get to any websites to upload updates or any antivirus protection .

hi,
you are getting these problems because you have been infected by a virus.
it won't let you update your anti-virus nor will allow you to enter the website of any anti-virus.
try to do a system restore to see if you can access your HDD.
try to repair your windows also by using the Windows CD.
make backups of your files and then format your hard disk.
this will remove the virus.
