I need help with dell computer

Hello,

I'm having problem with a Dell Destop XPS Gen 3 Windows XP Pro. sp2. and I just wonder if anyone has any solution, when I'm trying to boot from the CD, I press ctrl-I to config. the hard drive for a RAID mirror. evrything seems to be working ok. Format the hard Drive ok. and the start loading the files and stop at 52% some files can not dowload and it said press enter to retry or press esc to skip this files or press F3 to abort. I did all the possible trouble shooting and still not succed.

Hello,

I can be possible that some file4s have been infected and are found missing while booting it from the cd this is why it is stopping halfway round. What you can do is try to make a scan through the drive itself without the cd and then you can try to make another boot from the cd. If this still does not work you might try to restore the drive. if it is still not working I would advice you to format the drive
