Connected but cant use internet

Hello, my wireless connection is reading an excellent strength and it says its connected but i everytime i go to use the internet i cant really get on.

i have a Dell INSPIRON 1501 laptop and i have Westell VersaLink Model 327W which is connected to a Belkin N Wireless Router Model No. F5D8233-4

this has always worked before ive always had great internet signal but one day, my cousin and i tried to play warcraft 3 LAN style and for somereason it turned my Dell Wireless WLAN CARD Utility on and turned my windows wireless network thingy off, i was able to fix it to where my windows wireless manages my wireless connection. BUT it still shows my connection to be connectes with excellent strength but i still cant use internet or anyother program that uses a internet connection. Can anyone please help me.
