Facebook presents untrusted connection error

Recently when trying to access facebook, I get an untrusted connection error with the specific error of:

www.facebook.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided. (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

1. There is no option for "I understand the risks" I am running Firefox version 33.1
2. I have reset my time and date function and it does not solve the problem

Please feel free to ask me any questions, and or walk me through a solution

What is the url you are trying to reach facebook with?

Confirm your identity then Connection Lost

How can I fix this:

I input my email ID and the password. Once it is done, it ask you to CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY.

When I clicked it, the message appeared saying CONNECTION LOST. I try to reset my phone, uninstall and install my Facebook app but nothing happens.

Please help me

P.S. My account is still active you can check it.

Hello,

I can't login to my account at Facebook. It's showing connection lost.. I uninstall Facebook various time. But same thing coming up. I did all settings changes but same problem comes up..

Please help me..

PS my account still showing from another profile.

I use oneplus 6 phone..
