Toshiba Satellite L500-1XD BSOD Closed

Question

Hi I was on YouTube and suddenly my laptop Toshiba Satellite L500-1XD got the BSOD. I then turned it off and when I turned it on I tried to repair windows by pressing f8 and it loaded for like 5 seconds then turned off and I can't get it back on. The screen is black yet the laptop turns on then off after about 10 seconds, I've tried so many solutions to getting the screen on but it stays black no matter what I do, please help it's bugging me that this has happened and out of the blue as I scan the laptop everyday with Avast Premier and it says I'm secure as I also have iobit malware fighter aswell and no viruses have appeared. Someone find me a solution please

You have a bad virus your av are no good first try to get back in f8 if you can uninstall all av on you pc. download bitdefender free it is very good. and if that works download ccleaner. and clean up you pc let me know if this works.

1. What is you operating system?

2. Have added any software or hardware before the bsod?

3. Do you remember the bsod message?

4. Can you boot in safe mode with networking?

Scanning a download will often not yield any results.  Many mw2 repz downloads on the web are full of malware. I'm afraid that you have not downloaded from the official site.  Hence you have ruined your system.

Since you can't boot in safe mode with networking, I cannot analyse your system and provide you with a medecinal compound.

i suggest you restore your system to out of the box factory settings.

Unfortunately, you will lose all of your data, but it's better than a dead laptop.
