Finding or how to log in my yahoo

--ok hi how's everybody doing hopefully somebody can help me get on my yahoo accountI'm lost too many phones Sanderson at never got a couple different accounts and all my important paperwork is on my yahoo accountI cut my thumb off few months back at work and I'm waiting on a settlement to my Yahoo but II know my username but my password I do not know I do not know the security the answers to the security questions and the numbers they have down or protect me my password I can't change please can somebody help me thank you for your time
