Sending emails is not working on out look can receive though !! Closed

Question

Hi really hope you can help as 3 days of not being able to use my email and I'm going to have such a back log.

I use sky email but through out look I've phone sky for their help but they say they can help as I use through outlook! It has been working fine for years now just when I need it it stops !

Urgent help needed.

OK, do you have SMTP server authenticating you to your mail server.  This is normal operating procedure and you must have one in order to send through most ISP.  Check your account settings.  Go to your ISP website and look for how to configure outlook for their servers!
