Programs not appearing

Hello,



So for some reason programs are not appearing on my desktop. Like Skype the login process would show up but then it would not appear, it would show that Skype is running but it wont appear on my screen. Now it's doing the same thing for File Explorer. Please help

Perform anti-virus and anti-malware analysis with "Rogue Killer" and "MalwareBytes". And finally, with your anti-virus.
