Hi akramef05,
Can you specify, please, where exactly did you check to see that's not showing? Can you see it in Device Manager?
You could try to connect it to the PC via another USB cable or try to check whether the external drive is receiving enough power to spin up.
Please, provide more information about the problem and your PC configuration. Thank you.
