Virtualbox does not detect my USB

Hello,

I downloaded virtualbox 4.3.20 on my linux OS Ubuntu and I am running a Windows XP virtual Machine. When I plug my USB in it boots to linux but not to the virtual machine. Also the virtual machine does not detect the USB

Perhap you need to install USB hardware drivers in Win XP
