File system has damaged and your Pen drive needs to be formatted before you can use it. Right click on My computer and choose Manage. Navigate to Disk Management tabs and see if your removable drive is listed.
Right click on it and choose to format it. You can try quick formatting option if the complete formatting is failed or giving errors. Keep in mind that doing this will permanently wipe all your important files and folders and you'll need to use data recovery programs to get those files back.
