Could you check drive's status in Disk Management? What message do you get, when trying to access drive from My Computer? Try uninstalling device from Device Manager, restart PC and plug the device back in. Drivers should be reinstalled manually. This should not affect your data. Could you check your external drive on another PC and with another USB cable?

I tried to connect it on another PC and even with new USB but the problem is as it is, same like before new PC is too get hanged and unable to work anything till the Drive disconnect...

I recommend you to check the drive with Western Digital's Data Lifeguard Diagnostics. I leave you a link below. Check results and if they are not good, contact reseller and get a replacement. If you need the data stored in the drive, try accessing it with Linux Live CD.
