i tried removing the battery,power cord and press the power for 1-2mins still got nothing. using external monitor, the monitor was blinking. no logo and i think it's working fine `cause the lights of numlock and cpslock will turn on/off everytime i press it. also, i can hear the hdd spinning.

Try to plug to an external monitor to see if you have a signal

i did and the monitor was just blinking and also tried switching ram

I assume that you have also checked your cable.

If you don't get a signal on the external monitor and the fan is spinning it could be a video card issue.
