I'm having problems with my Gateway notebook when I turn it on it says Hard Disk Security primary master WDC WD 1600 BEVT - 22 ZCTLock does anyone know how to get my computer to restart so I can use It

hi wen u power it on rite away hit F2 it should bring up the screen of the make modle ect. lmk if ur able to do so and if so ill guide u through k

also if u need to factory reset to as it was brand new mind u this will erase everything in system but it will be as if u just bought it wen u power on hold down alt.key and keep preesing F10 and it will bring up screen just follow on wat u want to do like restore system and it will guide u through good luck
