Advice? Save-up your money to buy a new computer. It looks like you have a motherboard problem that probably requires a replacement. It may or may not be fixable depending on the age of the computer and the labor charges in your area. It might be worth the expense to have a qualified repair shop examine your computer and give you an estimated repair cost.
