Hello,
My new laptop just turned by itself while fully charged and now it won't turn back on. The only thing I can think of that happened is that I put in a charger that was for another laptop. Is there any way that I can fix this and get it to turn back on?

You can try the following:
1. remove the battery and charger
2. push and hold down the start button for 60 seconds
3. reinstall battery and charger
4. attempt to start as normal
Using a charger with the wrong voltage can damage the motherboard. Is the computer still under Warranty?
