DELL Latitude E6330 laptop doesn't boot on press of power butto

Hello,

DELL latitude E6330 laptop doesnt boot on press of power button. All I see is DELL symbol and a couple of lines, then the screen goes blank :-( Bit Locker encryption is enabled. Things were working fine and suddenly since last week, I have started facing this issue.

I tried installing the OS again but during the process, it prompts to format all hard disk drives. I do not want to format all drives as I dont have a back up yet.

I tried hitting F8 continuously as soon as powering on the laptop but no luck. Any inputs will be of great help. I am stuck .
