My Acer laptop is not starting up. Please help..

I think i got virus on my laptop, because i download many video's maker software.. And then my laptop can not starting up.. It's like a recent hardware or software change might be the problem. Startup repair can not repair my laptop automatically.. It's ask about sending information about this problem is recommended to help Microsoft create solutions. And it just click finish and exit to shut down my laptop.. I'm already shutdown and restart many times but the result is same. What can i do? Thanks
